Exclusions: Damage caused from handling the product outside of normal and intended use

Warranty Period: From date of purchase - as long as the customer owns the device for which the product is used

Policy and Applicability: Includes defects in materials, damage and wear to the product for the lifetime of the device that it was purchased for. *Lenntek does not warrant the hardware or device in any way.

Exclusions: This warranty is limited the lifetime of the device that it was purchased for

Remedy: Product will be replaced or exchanged with a product of equal value. The customer is responsible for $9.99 in return shipping and handling costs.

 


 

All Lenntek products have a limited one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. A purchase receipt is required for all warranty claims.

Please package your product securely in a box or padded envelope and send it with tracking. If your return item is missing due to poor packaging or if we don’t receive it, we won’t be able to process your warranty. Please complete the warranty claim form with your address filled in clearly, include a copy of the original receipt, and return the product in its retail packaging.

We won’t be able to process or ship back your package if your return package is incomplete. We typically send out the replacement in 2 to 3 business days after receiving your return.

*Please note that we can only ship to U.S. mailing addresses free of charge. International shipments require additional shipping fees.*

Policy For Cases And Pouches:

You may return your Sonix product within 30 days of the ship date. Item(s) must be in original packaging and unused condition. If it is determined that your item(s) do not qualify for a refund, we will not be able to return it to you. Your refund will be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase.


Policy for Sunglasses:

Domestic Returns

You may return your purchase within 7 days of receiving your product. Frames must be returned unworn and with all original packaging and accessories included.

Pack all items in a secure box and enclose the return form and packing list with your items. We will provide you with a pre-paid return label upon request.

Please note: $15 per returned package will be deducted from your refund or credit when using the return label.

Sonix has the right to refuse any returned goods that are damaged through improper packing OR are used by the purchaser. Sunglasses and their accompanying carrying cases must be returned together for any refund.


International Returns

Please follow the instructions on the return form included in your package. We do not provide a pre-paid shipping label for International orders. Please return items to the address listed on the return form. Please note: unfortunately we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping changes.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be received and processed.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

After your order is placed, please allow up to 10 business days to receive your order in the US. International shipments may take longer. We provide free standard shipping for all US orders.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! At check-out you will be able to select your country (additional shipping costs apply).

New items can sell out quickly, but we may get more soon! We usually restock popular items within 1 to 2 weeks.

Where is my order confirmation?

As soon as your order is entered and also when your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, contact us at support@lenntek.com.

How do I install and remove a Clear Coat case?

Step 1: Insert top of phone into the case.
Step 2: insert the rest of the phone into the case making sure that the buttons and port holes are aligned.
Step 3: To remove, push phone out through camera hole.

How do I install and remove an Inlay case?

Step 1: Remove rubber core from the case.
Step 2: Insert phone into the rubber core.
Step 3: Insert the phone and rubber core into the case buttons first.
Step 4: To remove, push phone out through camera hole first then remove rubber core from the case.

Do you offer any type of warranty?

All Sonix products carry a 1 year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. A copy of the original receipt is required to process all warranty claims.
